Home health consists of services offered in your duplex, patio home, heritage home, Asbury apartment, Towers apartment, or Wesley Manor apartment. We also provide the same services to individuals residing in Hutchinson or Reno County.

Our team of Licensed Nurses, Home Health Aides, and Certified Medication Aides can assist you with many activities of daily living including:

	Bathing - either in your home or in our private whirlpool.
	We offer a variety of assistance with medications. Examples include medication setup and administration, monitoring medications on a weekly basis and daily reminders on when to take medications.
	Toenail trimming.
	Blood pressure checks.
	Eye drops.
	Personal care assistance such as help with laundry, dressing, assistance with exercise, and housekeeping.
	Outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy. These services are provided through our independent therapy department but we can set these services up for you. Therapy services may qualify for Medicare.

All home health services must be ordered by your physician.

Charges are paid through three sources:

Private Pay**

Medicaid or HCBS (Home & Community-Based Services)**

Medicare

**Wesley Towers licensed home health services are paid for through either private pay or Medicaid. For a list of home health charges, see the home health coordinator or any of the other home health staff.
